Dark Horse Reveals Full NYCC 2026 Signing and Panel Schedule

WEPAAAA! Dark Horse is not pulling up to NYCC 2026 quietly, and Booth #4451 is looking like one of those stops you plan around instead of squeezing in if you happen to walk by.

If you are hitting the Javits Center October 8-11, put Booth #4451 on the map now because Dark Horse Comics is bringing four straight days of free creator signings, convention exclusives, comics, graphic novels, art books, collectibles, posters, giveaways and a panel schedule that touches everything from ElfQuest and Usagi Yojimbo to Magic: The Gathering, Dungeons & Dragons, Avatar, Barbie and Masters of the Universe.

Dark Horse says all creator autographs at its booth are FREE, with free signing cards or poster prints available while supplies last. Fans can buy books and convention exclusives at the booth or bring their own items, although limits may apply depending on the signing. Some sessions also carry tighter rules around photography, witnessed signatures and the number or type of items creators will sign, so this is one of those schedules worth reading before you get in line.

IMPORTANT WRISTBAND INFO: Some sessions require wristbands. Dark Horse staff will begin distributing those wristbands when the exhibit hall opens to the public the day before and the day of each applicable signing. They are first come, first served, and exhibitors do not get early access to the wristband line. Dark Horse also warns that lines may close because of crowding or time restrictions, so do not stroll over five minutes before Frank Miller and expect the universe to bend for you.

THURSDAY, OCTOBER 8

11:00-11:50 AM
ELFQUEST – Wendy Pini, Richard Pini

12:00-12:50 PM
MASTERS OF THE UNIVERSE: GENESIS – Rich Douek, Gavin Smith, Fabi Marques
MASTERS OF THE UNIVERSE: WINGS OF FATE – Will Sliney
MASTERS OF THE UNIVERSE ongoing series – Reilly Brown

1:00-1:50 PM
THE PERFECTLY MONSTROUS LIFE OF ADAM FRANKENSTEIN – Tate Brombal, Soo Lee
BEAST OF BORIKÉN – Julio Anta

2:00-2:50 PM
USAGI YOJIMBO: WINTER SPECIAL – Stan Sakai
No posed photography. No witnessed signatures. Limit one free print and two other signed items. Additional restrictions may apply.

3:00-3:50 PM
TITLE TBA – Aidan White, Will Carter

Thursday already gives the booth a strong start with ElfQuest, Masters of the Universe, Adam Frankenstein, Beast of Borikén and Stan Sakai all in the mix. The Sakai session is one of the more restricted blocks of the day, so fans specifically chasing that signature should treat the wristband and item-limit language seriously instead of assuming they can improvise once they get there.

FRIDAY, OCTOBER 9

THE LAST YOJIMBO – Tom Waltz, Ben Bishop
USAGI YOJIMBO: KAITO ’84 – Zack Rosenberg, Jared Cullum

THE GUY IN THE CHAIR – Hannah Rose May, Utkarsh Ambudkar
WRISTBAND REQUIRED. Posed photography is allowed with copies of The Guy in the Chair.

5:30-6:30 PM
ART OF OVER THE GARDEN WALL – Sean Edgar, Jim Campbell, Sam Wolfe Connelly

Friday spreads the attention across Usagi, Stranger Things, Dungeons & Dragons, Magic: The Gathering and The Guy in the Chair, with the latter requiring a wristband. That is a pretty broad mix for one booth, and it means the traffic is probably going to shift by fandom throughout the day instead of easing up after one major signing.

SATURDAY, OCTOBER 10

10:30-11:50 AM
INVASIVE SPECIES – Frank Miller, John Livesay
WRISTBAND REQUIRED. No posed photography. No witnessed signatures. Limit one free print and one other signed item per person. Additional restrictions apply.

3:00-3:50 PM
THE BIG SHAKEDOWN – Jordan Blum
ARCHIE VS MINOR THREATS – Timmy Heague

CANTO: THE CLOCKWORK CHRONICLES – Drew Zucker

4:00-4:50 PM
THE SMART DIVISION / KILL ALL IMMORTALS / ONLY THE SAVAGE ARE LEFT / MASTERMINDS – Zack Kaplan
THE SMART DIVISION – John J. Pearson
DID YOU HEAR ABOUT MIMI GREEN? – Connor Goldsmith, Josh Cornillon

Saturday is the monster day. Frank Miller and John Livesay kick things off with one of the most tightly controlled sessions of the weekend, then the booth rolls straight into Geof Darrow, Evan Dorkin, ElfQuest, Dungeons & Dragons, Amy Chu, Jordan Blum, Soo Lee, Drew Zucker and Zack Kaplan. The first 25 people in line for the 4 PM session will also receive a free copy of Kill All Immortals III #1 with Jenny Frison cover art, so that line has an extra reason to get ugly early.

SUNDAY, OCTOBER 11

11:00-11:50 AM
SIX OF US – Tom King
No posed photography. Limit one free print and one other signed item. Additional restrictions apply.

12:00-12:50 PM
KINGDOM OF EARTH – David Dastmalchian, Leah Kilpatrick, Soo Lee
WRISTBAND REQUIRED. No posed photography. No witnessed signatures. Limit one free print and one other Dark Horse-published item per person. Non-Dark Horse fan items will not be signed.

2:00-2:50 PM

3:00-3:50 PM
TITLE TBA – Alyssa Wong

Sunday does not exactly coast to the finish line either. Tom King opens the day, David Dastmalchian joins Leah Kilpatrick and Soo Lee for Kingdom of Earth, and the schedule still has two TBA projects waiting in the wings with Ben Kahn, Natalie Nardozza and Alyssa Wong.
