Disney Kids Comics: Frozen Snowgies Sleepover Brings Cozy Chaos to Arendelle

WEPA, Disney fam! Get the hot cocoa ready, grab the softest blanket in the house, and prepare for some frosty little trouble, because Arendelle is about to have one wild winter night.

In DISNEY KIDS COMICS: FROZEN SNOWGIES SLEEPOVER, a brand-new all-ages graphic novel from Mad Cave Studios’ Papercutz imprint, the world of Disney’s Frozen returns with warmth, wonder, laughs, and a castle full of tiny snow-powered mischief-makers.

A massive snowstorm is heading toward Arendelle, and Elsa and Anna are not playing games when it comes to keeping their people safe. The sisters open the castle doors and bring the villagers inside to ride out the storm together. Beautiful, right? Community. Kindness. Leadership. Real queen behavior.

But while Anna and Elsa are handling the grown-up side of the crisis, Olaf, Kristoff, and Sven take on a mission of their own: bringing the Snowgies down from the Ice Palace so they will not be scared during the storm.

Sounds adorable. Sounds simple. It is not simple. Because babysitting Snowgies is apparently less “quiet night in” and more “tiny snow gremlins have entered the building, and nobody knows where the snacks went.” Suddenly, the castle is packed, the storm is howling, and Olaf, Kristoff, and Sven are trying to keep up with a flurry of little troublemakers who have enough chaotic energy to make even Elsa say, “Okay, maybe we need a plan.”

Written by GLAAD Award-winning writer David M. Booher of Canto, illustrated by Italian artist Licinia Tozzi, colored by Sil Brys of DC Super Hero Girls, and lettered by Chas! Pangburn of Double Booking, this new Frozen adventure is crafted especially for young readers ages 4 to 7. It blends expressive artwork, playful pacing, and a sweet emotional core that makes it perfect for kids beginning their comics journey.

Booher’s love for Arendelle shines through the whole premise. The idea of Anna and Elsa sheltering the village while Olaf, Kristoff, and Sven try to wrangle the Snowgies is pure Disney comfort food. Funny. Gentle. Full of heart. And yeah, probably a little sticky from spilled cocoa.

At its core, Frozen Snowgies Sleepover is about more than winter hijinks. It is about bravery during scary moments, helping others when the weather turns rough, and finding joy even when everything outside feels cold and uncertain. That is the magic right there, mi gente.

So bundle up, Crusaders. Arendelle is opening the castle doors, the Snowgies are moving in, and this sleepover is about to get wonderfully, hilariously frosty.
