Catwoman Artist Guillem March Turns Up the Heat with Image Comics’ Sexy New Thriller, Ofiusa

Guillem March is back in solo creator mode, and this one is coming with romance, mystery, paradise vibes, and danger swimming just beneath the surface.

The acclaimed writer and artist behind work on Batman, The Joker, Catwoman, and Karmen returns this September with Ofiusa, a sultry six-issue romantic thriller from Image Comics.

The series follows Mar, an irresistible force of nature, and Joan, a young entrepreneur whose romance takes off fast. But in another timeline, Joan encounters the mysterious Isla on a paradise island. What follows is a seductive love triangle where nobody is telling the full truth, and a dark secret from the past is ready to rise from the deep.

March will also provide multiple covers, including a Raw Art variant, blank sketch variant, and NSFW polybagged variant.

“With Ofiusa, I’ve created the kind of comic I enjoy reading as a fan,” said March. “I love the personal projects of creators with a unique voice. They might be a bit risky or outside the mainstream, and they’re certainly not for readers looking for more conventional comics, but they exude soul and a love for a job well done. Ofiusa has taken many years of work, and it’s a bit dizzying to think it’s finally seeing the light of day, but it’s the comic I’m most proud of to date.”

Be careful diving into Ofiusa. The water looks gorgeous, but secrets got teeth.
