DC Unveils Massive NYCC 2026 Lineup, Panels, Signings and Exclusives

Crusaders, NYCC is already organized insanity on a normal year, but DC apparently looked at the Javits Center and said, “Nah, we need MORE.” And as somebody who will actually be there covering this madness, I’m not complaining. DC just dropped its New York Comic Con 2026 game plan, and they are bringing Jim Lee, Scott Snyder, Matt Fraction, Nick Dragotta, Jock, Joshua Williamson, Hayden Sherman and a damn army of creators with them.
DC is taking over Booth #4365 with an expanded multilevel setup, while Booth #4657 next door becomes a 360-degree cosplay photo spot. They’re even rolling out digital queues for select signings and DC Shop exclusives, which, THANK YOU. Anybody who has covered NYCC knows losing two hours of your life standing in a human snake wrapped around a booth is not exactly the magical comic-book experience they put in the brochure.
Now let’s get into the panels because this is where DC could start dropping some serious news. Thursday kicks off with Vertigo + Black Label at 2:30 p.m. in Room 409. Friday belongs to the Absolute Universe at 11 a.m. in Room 405, and you already know that room is going to be packed. Saturday gives us DC’s Next Level & Beyond at 11 a.m. before Jim Lee takes over Room 405 at 2 p.m. for the annual Jim Lee & Friends panel, complete with surprise guests and reveals. Sunday closes DC’s publishing programming with Kami Garcia and Gabriel Picolo talking Teen Titans: Together and what comes next with Young Justice.
For us comic heads, the creator lineup is ridiculous. Jock, Joshua Williamson, Dan Mora, Scott Snyder, Nick Dragotta, Frank Martin, Mark Spears, Bilquis Evely, Mat Lopes, Matt Fraction, Hayden Sherman, Jason Aaron, Al Ewing, Belén Ortega, Rafael Albuquerque, Jim Lee and plenty more are scheduled across the weekend. Saturday morning also brings the Batman of Two Worlds crew together with Snyder, Dragotta, Fraction, Javi Fernández and Martin. That is the kind of signing schedule where you better know what books you’re bringing before you walk through those doors.
DC is also using NYCC to continue celebrating 100 years of publishing, this time spotlighting the 1950s. The booth will feature a Daily Planet-inspired newsstand and a free MAD Magazine #1 facsimile while supplies last, complete with a blank Daily Planet back cover made for signatures. That is actually a smart convention freebie. Give fans something cool, tie it into the history, and make the damn thing useful when half the creators you want to meet are standing twenty feet away.
Collectors, meanwhile, may want to hide their wallets before entering Booth #4365. DC Shop is bringing limited foil editions of Absolute Batman #1, Absolute Wonder Woman #1, Absolute Superman #1, Absolute Catwoman #1, Absolute Green Arrow #1, Lanterns #1 Special Edition, Lobo #1, Batman: The Dark Knight Returns #1 and more. There are exclusive hardcovers, apparel, Lantern replicas, collectibles, and Mattel is revealing the first item from its new DC Collector line Thursday at noon. Yeah, this booth is coming for your bank account.
And DC is not stopping at comics. LEGO DC reveals are coming, Shoe Palace and Upper Deck have collectible bundles, DC Universe Online is bringing giveaways tied to “Wrath of the Worldkillers,” Warner Bros. Studio Tour Hollywood has a Superman Experience, DC Universe Infinite has a convention bundle, and the official DC cosplay meetup returns Friday at 1 p.m. There is enough happening here that trying to “just swing by the DC booth” is probably going to become a two-hour side quest.
Comic Crusaders will be on the ground at NYCC 2026, so this one hits differently for us. I’m looking at that Absolute Universe panel, Next Level, Jim Lee & Friends and those creator signings knowing damn well some of the biggest stories of the weekend could come out of those rooms. DC has laid out the schedule. Now we find out what they’re actually bringing to New York. If you see the Crusaders roaming the Javits Center, come say what’s up. Wepa! The Crusade Never Ends!
