Hillbilly Vegas’ Steve Harris Talks A La Mode on Music Crusaders

Hillbilly Vegas Brings Southern Rock Fire to Music Crusaders with Steve Harris

WEPA! Music Crusaders turned the volume up today as Al Mega sat down with Steve Harris, lead singer of Hillbilly Vegas, to talk about the band’s new album A La Mode, their road-tested rise, and their explosive collaboration with Rock & Roll Hall of Famer Paul Rodgers on “Mr. Midnight.”

From Oklahoma bars and state fairs to international stages, NASCAR events, festivals, and biker rallies, Hillbilly Vegas has built its name the real way: sweat, songs, and serious stage power. Steve opens up about the focus track “Miss America,” the soul behind the record, and how the band keeps southern rock fresh without losing the grit.

This episode also dives into Steve’s Cherokee Nation heritage, handmade jewelry, foodie adventures, and his work supporting veterans through Operation Vet NOW.
