L.A. Comic Con 2026 Loads Up With Nicolas Cage, Breaking Bad Reunion and Major Cast Panels

L.A. Comic Con is celebrating 15 years by throwing damn near everything at the wall, and somehow most of it looks like it is sticking. The 2026 show runs October 30 through November 1 at the Los Angeles Convention Center with one of the biggest talent lineups in the event’s history.
The weekend includes Nicolas Cage, a major Breaking Bad/Better Call Saul reunion, KPop Demon Hunters, Star Wars: Ahsoka, Futurama, Outlander, The Office, anime talent, Halloween programming, Marvel portfolio reviews and more than 1,000 artists, vendors and exhibitors. It is a ridiculous amount of programming packed into three days, and the show is clearly leaning into the anniversary instead of treating it like another regular year.
The biggest headline is Nicolas Cage, who will take the Main Stage for a spotlight covering Spider-Noir, Ghost Rider, National Treasure and the rest of a career that has basically become its own genre. Then there is the Breaking Bad side of the weekend, with Bob Odenkirk, Aaron Paul, Giancarlo Esposito and Dean Norris all part of the show. Odenkirk’s appearance is being billed as his first-ever convention appearance, while Paul is making his first U.S. convention appearance.
The Main Stage is stacked beyond that. KPop Demon Hunters brings Arden Cho, May Hong, Ji-young Yoo and samUIL Lee, while Star Wars: Ahsoka features Rosario Dawson, Natasha Liu Bordizzo and Eman Esfandi. Futurama brings John DiMaggio, Billy West, Maurice LaMarche and Phil LaMarr, The Office reunites Rainn Wilson and Angela Kinsey, and Outlander is represented by Sam Heughan, Graham McTavish, Grant O’Rourke, Stephen Walters and Duncan Lacroix.
Star Wars fans also get Temuera Morrison and Daniel Logan together for a Boba Fett panel, while Hayden Christensen is scheduled for a special paid fan-panel experience on Friday night. Those kinds of pairings are exactly why major conventions still matter when the lineup is curated well: fans get moments that are difficult to duplicate anywhere else.
Anime is getting a serious expansion this year too. Akiba Station grows to roughly 50,000 square feet in the West Hall, with specialty vendors, programming and voice talent from Dragon Ball, Pokémon, Frieren: Beyond Journey’s End, Black Clover, Honkai: Star Rail and more. The announced anime and voice cast includes Christopher Sabat, Sean Schemmel, Sarah Natochenny, Jill Harris, Jordan Dash Cruz, Mallorie Rodak, Johnny Yong Bosch, Dallas Reid, Justin Cook, Erica Lindbeck, Howard Wang, Emily Sun and Xanthe Huynh.
Toyota is also joining the show for the first time as the exclusive automotive partner and sponsor of the Freeplay area in the Gaming & Anime Hall. Its 2,000-square-foot activation will include a custom-wrapped RAV4 with playable Nintendo Switch stations, more freeplay setups, photo opportunities and giveaways, giving the gaming side of the show another major branded experience.
The comics side is loaded too. The announced artist and creator lineup includes Andy Kubert, Brian Buccellato, Jock, Kyle Higgins, Marc Guggenheim, Marc Silvestri, Mark Brooks, Mark Russell, Ryan Ottley and Scott Snyder. Marvel Comics will also conduct portfolio reviews through associate editor Lauren Amaro, with artists able to submit portfolio copies on Friday and Saturday, while fans can also hunt down an exclusive Amazing Spider-Man #1001 variant featuring Spider-Noir cover art by Stephen Segovia.
Because the convention lands directly on Halloween weekend, Saturday will feature free indoor trick-or-treating for kids beginning at noon while supplies last, and Sunday will host a Kids Costume Contest for cosplayers age 12 and younger at 1 PM on the Main Stage. The Gaming Hall is expanding too, with video games, tabletop, TCGs, tournaments, demos, giveaways and a dedicated card area where fans can buy, sell, trade and play.

Fifteen years in, L.A. Comic Con is not celebrating quietly. Between Cage, Odenkirk, the Breaking Bad reunion, KPop Demon Hunters, Ahsoka, anime, Marvel and a full Halloween weekend, this lineup is straight-up stacked and gives fans plenty of reasons to make a full weekend out of it instead of treating the show like a one-day pop-in.
