Ladybug & Cat Noir Bring the Boo, the Laughs, and the Chibi Chaos in Miraculous Chibi Halloween Special

WEPAAA, Miraculous fans, Halloween is showing up early, and it’s bringing costumes, chaos, and chibi-sized mischief with it!

Papercutz is serving up Miraculous Chibi Halloween Special, an all-ages graphic novel collection inspired by Miraculous: Tales of Ladybug & Cat Noir and the fan-favorite YouTube chibi shorts. This spooky, goofy, super-cute collection puts Ladybug, Cat Noir, Marinette, Chloé, and the whole crew into Halloween madness where mistaken identities, magical mix-ups, and costume confusion are running wild like somebody gave the candy bowl espresso.

Written by Jeremy Whitley and Molly Jones, with art by Ornella Greco, Lex Hobson, and Mari Chirchirillo, this collection brings young readers playful stories full of witches, wild nightmares, weird hair disasters, and one big question nobody asked but everybody needs answered: what if Chloé Bourgeois was Ladybug?

“Halloween is my favorite time of year because for one day, you can be whatever and whoever you want to be. That’s extra fun with Miraculous, as every day is Halloween when you’re a superhero. But for this one night of the year, Ladybug and Cat Noir don’t seem all that different. In fact, what happens when one of their adventures gets intercepted by crowds of civilians dressed as our heroes? This one’s a lot of fun!” —Jeremy Whitley

“As the neighbourhood Halloween enthusiast, I was super excited to be able to work on a story for the Miraculous Chibi Halloween Special! I love dressing up, so I absolutely had to sprinkle a little bit of last-minute costume chaos in there for good measure. I hope these stories can get readers into a wonderfully spooky mood for the most frightful time of the year!” —Molly Jones

Designed for middle-grade readers ages 6-9 and longtime Miraculous fans alike, Miraculous Chibi Halloween Special brings spooky-season silliness, superhero hijinks, and chibi charm to the Papercutz graphic novel line.
