WES LLEWELLYN TAKES US INSIDE UFOs AND GOD | COMIC CRUSADERS PODCAST #764
·Al Mega

WEPA, Crusaders! Wes Llewellyn joins Al Mega for Comic Crusaders Podcast #764, and we’re heading straight into one of those conversations where the deeper you go, the more questions you come out with.
Wes is the co-director and co-writer of UFOs and God, a new documentary he created alongside his wife, Amanda Llewellyn. The film examines UFOs and UAPs through scientists, researchers, military voices, theologians and people who report experiencing unexplained phenomena firsthand, while openly approaching the subject through a Christian worldview.
This isn’t Wes jumping onto whatever UFO story happens to be trending. He’s spent more than 40 years working in film, with experience as a director, writer, producer, cinematographer and lighting technician across hundreds of productions. That filmmaking background makes this conversation especially interesting because we’re not only talking about what Wes believes. We’re getting into how you take a subject this massive, controversial and damn near impossible to prove conclusively and turn it into a documentary.
Al gets into the questions that make this subject so fascinating. Does an unexplained object automatically mean extraterrestrials? Where does scientific evidence stop and interpretation begin? How much weight should we give military witnesses and experiencers? And if intelligent life beyond humanity were definitively established tomorrow, would that necessarily conflict with religious belief?
Amanda’s experiences are another important part of the story. She has publicly described encounters beginning in childhood that she interprets through a spiritual framework, and the documentary incorporates that personal perspective alongside its interviews and research. We talk with Wes about approaching those experiences simultaneously as Amanda’s husband, a filmmaker and someone looking for answers.
UFOs and God was released September 11, 2026 through Vision Films, bringing the conversation to audiences at a time when UAPs have moved far beyond the pop-culture image of flying saucers and little green men.
Believer? Skeptic? Somewhere in between? Good. Watch the conversation, check out the documentary and make up your own damn mind.
THE CRUSADE NEVER ENDS! WEPA!
