SDCC 2026 Bombshell: Tradd Moore’s TOUCH ME SOMEPLACE NOWHERE Lands at Oni Press in 2027! 🚀

WEPAAAA! Oni Press is stepping into San Diego Comic-Con 2026 with a flamethrower in one hand and pure comic book electricity in the other, announcing TOUCH ME SOMEPLACE NOWHERE, the first creator-owned solo series written, illustrated, and colored by visionary cartoonist Tradd Moore.

Launching in 2027, the series throws readers into an alternate New York City where street gangs battle for control, wild animals roam the streets, and Brooklyn after dark feels like heartbreak, danger, desire, and neon chaos got tossed into a blender with no lid. At the center is Kelly Muir, the prodigal child of a powerful crime family, spiraling into a violent, lovesick, drug-fueled night of self-destruction and discovery.

Moore describes the comic as romantic, perilous, aching, and gloriously gonzo which is basically comic book code for, “strap in, this thing is going to melt your eyeballs.”

Oni Press Editor-In-Chief Sierra Hahn compares the project’s energy to Shakespeare by way of Paul Thomas Anderson, teasing a poetic crime saga packed with style, desire, and emotional wreckage.

With Moore’s history on The Strange Talent of Luther Strode, All-New Ghost Rider, Silver Surfer: Black, and Doctor Strange: Fall Sunrise, this is not just another announcement. This is a major creator leveling up on his own terms.

Moore will appear as a special guest of Oni Press at SDCC beginning Wednesday, July 22, with a career retrospective panel, booth signings, and a limited TOUCH ME SOMEPLACE NOWHERE art print giveaway at booth #1829.

TOUCH ME SOMEPLACE NOWHERE arrives in 2027 and yeah, comics just got weird, dangerous, and sexy again.
